Delivery Policy
We deliver our Products to Pakistan and we are operating it from UAE.
We try our best to deliver your orders expediently yet we do not compromise on our product quality and for this reason, all of the products by Emporium Chain are sourced from Dubai. This allows us to offer high-quality products to our valued customers. Once you have placed the order you should receive a verification email/ Sms. After the verification of your order, quality check and packing together takes 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, the shipping process takes 10-14 business days to reach Pakistan. It takes another 3-5 business days for our logistics to deliver the order to the customer. In general, please note that it takes 18-20 business days to deliver the order to the destination. In case the product is not delivered within 18-20 business days, the customers are requested to contact us via email at contact@emporiumchain.com or get in touch with our customer care via WhatsApp at +923185159040
Please note that the orders only ship on business days i.e. from Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3 pm shall be processed on the next working day.
Special order requests ie delivery time, locations outside Pakistan, etc are subject to charges and approvals from Emporium Chain management. Customers can contact us via email at contact@EmporiumChain.com or connect with our customer care at +92 3185159040EC and drop in their requests which will be attended to within the next 48 working hours.
Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details. Our Courier partners will try to contact you via the telephone number provided before arranging delivery. If unable to contact the courier company will return the parcel to Emporium Chain and our team will arrange another delivery attempt after being able to connect with you. In the case the Emporium Chain team is not able to contact the customer nor does the customer connect with the Emporium Chain team within 30 days from the date of the order, the order will automatically be void and canceled.
Payment Options
Free shipping is provided all across Pakistan if the order falls above Rs.4,999. For any order below that price please note that the buyer is responsible for any tariff, tax, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. The payment options available are:
- Cash on delivery(regular customers only/NOT VALID DURING FLASH SALES)
- Transfer through banks
- Other options are feasible for both the company and the customer.
(Please note that all orders above Rs. 5,000 will have to pay at least 20% of the amount in advance)
Exchange Policy
The products will only be exchanged if we have failed to deliver the right size. All the sizes are clearly mentioned on our website and it is the customer’s responsibility to check the sizes before ordering. In case the customer orders the wrong size, there would be a 25% deduction in the price for the exchange item.
As we are sourcing the products from outside the country, the size exchange would only be done if the issue is at Emporium Chain’s end. The exchange request will only be entertained within 3 days of receiving the products.
The customer would be liable to pay the courier charges to return the product to our address.
After 3 days it will be solely the company’s decision to fulfill your request or not.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund or return will only occur if:-
- The wrong item was sent.
2. The item is defective.
3. The item was damaged in shipping. You can claim a refund within 3 days from the date of the item(s) was delivered to you. In case of a refund, the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspecting of item(s).
Please note that cash refunds will only be given on damaged articles if a fresh item is not available. We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are being dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged article, they can liable for a refund against the amount of the item(s) that are damaged or defective by emailing us on contact@EmporiumChain.com
You can cancel your order before delivery is processed. After you receive the tracking number it will be not possible to cancel the order. Refunds/Cancellations will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 5-10 working days depending on the mode of payment that the customer used.
In the case of COD once an exchange/ refund is confirmed we will initiate it either by issuing a voucher/ discount code.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning the item. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable.
CLEARANCE & SALES ITEMS
Please note that the clearance & sale items will not be refunded. Clearance items will not be exchanged for another size or product.
Please note that cash refunds will not be issued on the items on sale and clearance. On sale and clearance items, a voucher for the same value will be issued that you can use on any other item.

We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, EC Group Pakistan may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
- Visa, Master Card, and Cash on delivery in PKR will be accepted for payment.
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
- The company also reserves the right to cancel any request from the customers without due notice.
- Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
- The company reserves the right not to fulfill or entertain requests from the customers.
- Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
